What is your Return Policy?
All returns must be made within 7 days after the product delivery date. All returned products must be unused (e.g., not worn, washed, damaged, or altered) and returned in accordance with the instructions received from contacting customer service. You are solely responsible for the cost of shipping of the returned product. All products not returned in accordance with the Return Procedures shall be sent back to you, and no credit or refund will be issued. Please note that any returned items must be in resalable condition. Item(s) that arrived damaged will not be eligible for refund.
How do I return something?
Send a return request to email@example.com along with your order number, reason for return and the name(s) of the item(s) you want to return. Our customer service will get back to you with a Return Authorization Number and the address of the closest warehouse where you can mail the product you would like to return.
To assure your refund please use a trackable mail service, we will not be responsible for lost or missing packages. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Upon the receipt of your package your products will be examined and refund will be issued to your original method of payment, as applicable. A refund receipt will be emailed to the email address you used when making your original purchase. Please note, only regular priced items are eligible for full refund. If the order includes promotions or discounts, the item will be refunded proportionally instead of full price.
What is your exchange policy?
Currently we do not offer exchange service for any shipped orders. If you want a different size, different color, or different item, please place a new order.
However, we will gladly accept the return/exchange of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship for 7 days from the delivery date. Fulfillment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect product to you will also be accepted for exchange 7 days from the delivery date.
Can I cancel my order after it has been placed?
Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel your order once it has been processed and/or shipped. If you cancel your order BEFORE it has been processed and/or shipped, you will be assessed a 20% cancellation fee to cover restocking fees and the charges assessed to us for refunds by the credit card companies.
